Faraday have recently taken over the management of our building and the difference has been substantial. Changing managing agents to Faraday three years ago has been like night and day. Having built an excellent reputation in block management, not only did they take on the bigger picture and a need to explain and tightly control costs, our Senior Property Manager has never taken her eye off managing the day to day with responsive and deliverable accuracy.

Careful attention to the Lease requirements combined with necessary compliance are already showing much needed change for the better. With the prudent use of qualifying contractors and responsible oversight of works done, as a Board we have felt comfortable in progressing works within financial and legal boundaries. We have also employed the surveying arm of Faraday to oversee much needed first stage external works. Good communication, accurate technical skill, and excellent financial control in the administration are proven in the results.
